]]> Tonyagregg.com started as a contemporary artist in 2000. Tonya has had various solo exhibitions in Maryland, Texas and New York. This 21st-century painter does not follow a specific narrative when she paints. The themes of her paintings range from topics about women, ancient mythology, popular culture, and consumption.

One of Tonya’s dreams is to be the next big thing in the art scene – to be featured in art galleries, museums, schools and more. She sees her paintings as a visual form of communication. Ever since she has been interested in stories and she incorporates that in her paintings. Tonya wants people to see the story in her art pieces. For them to convey their own interpretation of what they see on the painting.
